      operation GAME ROOM. First step was to clear out the back part of the basement. We sold the desks on Craigslist, repurposed the bookshelves and removed all the artwork.     As part of my basement playroom turned game room project, I wanted to help delineate the sleeping corner of the basement in an attempt to make it a *bit* more private. The easiest, most obvious solution for me was to DIY a privacy screen!

    Obviously I recognized the potential for this space when we first toured the house. I appeared to be dry, had a wall of shelves, was surprisingly bright for being below ground and… was relatively BIG! My first instinct was to be lazy and just to paint it all: white concrete walls, white shelves, white floor.
